By shopping with us, you acknowledged, understood, and agreed to the terms as stated below.
Our Operation Hours are Mon-Fri 12PM-6PM (excluding Wed & Public Holidays).
- All emails/enquiries will be responded within 24 hours on weekdays. However, there might be days where we take a little longer to reply due to high order volume and pop-up events.
- Please refrain from sending us multiple enquiries if you do not receive a reply. This will mean your email is pushed further up and it will take us even longer to get back to you. Rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
- Please ensure correct item purchase upon checkout. Jacqueen Maison will not be able to amend order for wrong color/size exchanges once payment successful.
- Upon payment verification, order will be fulfil within 1-2 working days.
- Mailing days fall on weekdays only. Weekends and Public Holidays are excluded.
- Combination of parcels/orders will not be allowed UNLESS the orders are made on the same day and payment is in on the same day.
- However, if you are unsatisfied upon receiving your item(s), Jacqueen Maison has Easy Return Terms for your reference. See our return & exchange page here for more details.
- Jacqueen Maison reserve all rights to block any accounts (even if there is any store credits left) for an unlimited length of time if any irregularities in purchasing is spotted.

Upon placing order, please kindly make payment immediately or within 24 hours for bank transfer. All unpaid order(s) will be automatically cancelled after 24 hours.

*Any small change from Cash Deposit owed to Customer will be returned as Store Credit.
Kindly Proof Payment once payment is done. Kindly note that Payment Status will not automatically update in your account even after payment.
We will verify your payment within the next 24 hours upon successful proof payment upload.
How to Proof Payment?
Navigate to My Account > Click on Order No (eg. MY-0001) > Upload Bank in Slip/Screenshot at Attachment
- Backorders are opened for sold out items and are usually available during the stipulated timeframe only.
- Each backorder item ETA differs from batch and are usually stated in the product description.
- For backorder items under a single order, the parcel will only be delivered out upon arrival of the last item. If you wish to get the item(s) separately, please place them in separate orders.
- Strictly no refunds/store credits will be issued once payment for the backorder has been made, regardless of any reason.
- We apologize that there may be delays for the backorder due to unforeseen circumstances during the shipping process or inadequacies on the factories' side etc. We will update the ETA from time-to-time if a delay is present.
- Slight colour discrepancy between the backorder items and in-stock items may be present. Do only join the backorder if you are comfortable with it.
