We offer returns on ALL Items in our store except for Sale items, purchases with Discount Code, Accessories and specifically stated items.

We will send a brand new exact piece to buyer once the defective / incorrect item is received.

Fully refund in Store Credits if the item is no longer in stock.

*Initial Shipping costs of RM7 for Peninsula Malaysia (RM13 for East Malaysia) will be charged for each return item if free shipping had been provided for the order. For example, if the returned item costs RM60 you will receive a discount code of worth RM53 to be used in your next purchase.

*Sales items may have slight defects/color descrepancies /measurements descrepancies and are strictly not returnable.

Our Returns T&C 

  • All Item(s) must be returned in original condition(unaltered, unworn, unwashed and with tags intact)
  • Not applicable for Sale items, accessories and specifically stated non-returnable items.
  • Orders placed using discount codes are not applicable for exchange and returns.
  • Buyers hold full responsibility until the parcel reach us. 
  • We only refund in credit term through discount code. No cash refund(s) are allowed. 
  • All return/exchange request will be processed within 3 working days upon receipt of returned items.
  • All returns which do not meet our mentioned criterias will be strictly declined and forfeited. 

How do I return unsatisfactory item(s) & Defective Items ?

*All items must be shipped back within 5 working days ( MALAYSIA ) / 10 working days ( OUTSIDE MALAYSIA) upon item received.
*Please note that return parcels may take up to 3 working days to be processed.
*We recommend using courier services with tracking numbers so as to minimize the risk of loss parcel.

2) Navigate to our RETURN FORM page and fill up info respectively.

Can I visit Jacqueen Maison for the return/exchange ?

Yes. You may drop by our weekend Pop-Up Market in Penang for the exchange. However, it is must be done within 7 days upon receiving your parcel.

I would like to request a refund in cash (in any condition). 

We apologize that we are unable to provide any refunds in cash.

Non-applicable Returns

I found a defect on my item but I've already washed it. What should I do

We're unable to accept your return as it had been washed. Please check your item upon receipt.

The size doesn't fit me. Can I change it to other size ?

Yes. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee. We will return you in Store Credit after received your return parcel. All you need is just purchase an item(s) for the size that you want by using the Store Credit we returned.

The color look different from the website.

Color of products may varies due to studio lighting used and please allow 20% of color variation in real product as compared to actual products. It may appear darker or lighter. Exchanges due to this reason will be charged a processing fee.
